The e-publishing revolution includes a small revolution in the discreet world of Vanity Publishing. The days of buyout offers for small print runs and paying to self-publish are over. Small and medium sized presses are increasingly converting to Print On Demand. So a reader who wants your e-Book in traditional print and paper can still have it that way, for a modest fee.
